What happens if we exceed our participant limit?
Nothing breaks. Overages are soft: we email you at 80% and again at 100% of your cap, and bill the difference after the event. We never hard-cap registration or cut off a live competition.
Can we upgrade mid-event?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and don't restart anything. Players keep their sessions, flags and scores. Attack-Defense is the exception: it needs a separate network plan, so it can't be switched on once a Jeopardy event is live.
How is Attack-Defense priced?
Separately. Attack-Defense runs a VPN, vulnboxes and checkers per team, so every A/D event starts with a scoping call and is quoted for your team count and duration.
Do you offer refunds?
If the platform fails during your event and it's our fault, you get a refund proportional to the impact, and a written incident report. If you cancel more than 14 days before the start date, you get a full refund.
How does the Pro Event per-challenge cost work?
On top of the ₹9,999 platform fee, Pro Event is billed per challenge you run. Send us your challenge list on the demo call and we'll quote the total before you commit.
Can we run multiple events on one plan?
Plans are priced per event. Running a season, a course or a recurring qualifier? Tell us on the demo call and we'll quote a multi-event package.
