Privacy Policy

What this website knows about you, which is very little, and how to make it know less.

Zero Day Arena — Privacy PolicyLast updated 10 October 2026

§01The short version

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain. We only learn about you when you choose to contact us.

This policy covers zerodayarena.com, the marketing site. The Zero Day Arena platform used to run events has its own data terms, provided with your event agreement.

§02Who we are

Zero Day Arena is an independent CTF platform. Its parent company is COPG Global. For anything in this policy, contact privacy@zerodayarena.com.

§03What we collect

Demo requests. The demo form does not send your answers to our servers. Submitting it opens your own email app with your request filled in; we receive it only if you send that email. We then hold what you wrote (organization, role, event size, format, email address, notes) to reply and arrange a call.

Emails you send us. If you write to hello@zerodayarena.com or security@zerodayarena.com, we keep that correspondence to answer it.

Technical logs. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages may record standard request data (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, time) for security and to keep the site running.

§04Cookies and browser storage

We set no cookies. The site stores one value in your browser's session storage, zda_intro_seen, so the opening animation plays once per visit. It never leaves your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

§05How we use it

  • To reply to you and arrange the demo you asked for.
  • To keep the site secure and diagnose problems.

§06What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your information.
  • We don't add you to a mailing list because you asked for a demo.
  • We don't use your information for advertising.

§07Who we share it with

Only with service providers that run our infrastructure and email on our behalf, under their own confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires it. COPG Global, our parent company, may provide some of these services.

§08How long we keep it

Demo correspondence is kept while we're talking with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

§09Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to privacy@zerodayarena.com. We'll answer within 30 days.

§10Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page changes first, and the date at the top changes with it.
